Me....myself...and I

Screenwriter, activist, sometime journalist, and overall fighter for my people. I strive to represent for my people creatively, politically, and intellectually. I love reading, learning, and advancing to higher heights. Lets make it happen, people!!!! No one can do it all alone.

Formerly a Senior Contributing Writer for an online magazine called Blacktino.net, and I best known for my article series entitled "Black vs. Brown", an eight-part series dealing with the friction between the Black and Latino communities. Also author of the article series entitled "Black Thoughts: A Political Ideological Perspective for Afro Latinos". My work has been featured on sites such as Afropresencia.com (www.afropresencia.com) and AssataShakur.org.

Founder and organizer of the Universal Afircana Literary Arts Movement & Expo (f/k/a Black CapaCity Literary Arts Festival), a festival founded to highlight and promote the endeavors of African descended peoples in the various fields and industry of literature; from authorship, to publishing to distribution. It was also meant to combat the lack of Black media resources that existed in the city.

Self-published author of the nonfiction book "Raise Your Brown Black Fist: The Political Shouts of an Angry Afro Latino". Combines my two articles series into one written volume, plus three additional entries.  Also authored the follow-up book "Raise Your Brown Black Fist 2: MORE Political Shouts of an Angry Afro Latino", which combines and extends the Black Thoughts article series into one complete volume.

Writer of numerous screenplays; looking to get them produced. My background is in Video Production, but my first love is that of a screenwriter. Fore if we do not tell our stories, then who will?
