As a digital storyteller my works have explored identity, sexuality, and community through documentary shorts and interactive media, and have been featured at The Making of...Live at SFMOMA, The John F. Kennedy Center Millennium Stage, and Smithsonian LVM. Cucci, my current work in progress is a response to female genital mutilation incorporating digital storytelling through interactive textiles prints enhanced with augmented reality. More recently I've worked as the social media strategist and interactive media artist for Ceremonies of Dark Men, a 5×5 Public Art Project commissioned by DC Commission of the Arts & Humanities during Fall 2014. As Co-organizer for StoryCode DC, an immersive storytelling community I seek to discover and share new innovative ways of approaching narrative through Meetups, where storytellers can collaborate and share works.
